Sealants

Trempro® 830+ is a high performance exterior elastomeric sealant, designed to adhere to a variety of substrates that are commonly found in professional siding and window installations and manufacturing. It demonstrates superior physical properties regarding adhesion, vibration, movement, shear strength and weatherability. It provides a long-lasting elastomeric seal which helps to prevent water and air intrusion. It will not wash out when exposed to rain prior to full cure. Crackproof, waterproof and weatherproof. It is important to note that this sealant is self-tooling, paintable and passes VOC regulations.

UltraSeal® PF-100 Gun Foam is an Extreme All-Weather, low expansion, UL classified, one-component polyurethane foam designed for use in extreme temperatures and low humidity conditions, general sealing of gaps, holes and crevices. It can be applied in temperatures as low as 18°C. Designed for sealing around windows & doors, general gap, crack and crevice filling/sealing and sealing unrated pipe & duct penetrations.

UltraSeal® PF-50 Straw Foam is an Extreme All-Weather, low expansion, one-component polyurethane foam that is UL classified and designed for use in extreme temperatures and low humidity conditions. It is to be used with a straw dispenser. Ideal for general sealing of gaps, holes and crevices. This foam system does not require a gun dispenser for use. Designed for sealing around windows & doors, general gap, crack and crevice filling/sealing and sealing unrated pipe & duct penetrations.

3M™ Factory-Match Seam Sealer 08323 is designed using two part urethane technology to provide a tough flexible material for the sealing of joints on primed or painted substrates such as steel or aluminum enclosures. This material provides excellent flexibility and elongation properties along with a medium/high viscosity and produces a slight flow-out after application. Single component sealers require significant dry time before components can be handled or further processed in the shop. It operates with a two-part cartridge nozzle that self-mixes with a perfect formulation every time allowing for fast, easy application and quicker cycle time than with one part sealers.

Tremco EPDM Dense Rubber Extrusions are extruded and fabricated into gaskets and accessories (such as setting blocks, spacers and shims) for use in sealing and glazing applications in building construction. Manufactured to work with existing metal designs or custom developed with custom metal systems at the design development stage. Many profiles are available depending upon existing metal requirements.
