Linerboard serves as the essential flat outer and inner layers in the production of corrugated boxes, delivering strength, protection, and a suitable surface for printing. In addition to its primary role in packaging, it is also utilized for pallet separators, edge protectors, and display structures. Composed of kraft paper and combined with a fluted medium, linerboard forms cardboard, which provides cushioning and impact resistance during shipping and storage.
