3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Hi-Strength Postforming Cylinder Spray Adhesive 94 CA is a strong adhesive that bonds a range of large surfaces and is perfect for large-scale laminations. This adhesive formula is easy to dispense and apply directly onto surfaces. Extended tack allows for longer bonding range. Bonds to a variety of demanding substrates like decorative laminate, metal, and some rubbers. It is typically used in woodworking and specialty vehicle applications, especially where VOC's are a concern.

3M™ Polystyrene Insulation Cylinder Spray Adhesive 78 ET is a high strength, industrial grade spray adhesive with an extended bond time of up to one hour. It is effective for bonding most types of insulation such as fibreglass and expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) onto numerous kinds of materials including plastics, metals, wood, paper substrates and more. Designed to be a high-solids, high-coverage formula designed for bonding many types of insulation. A lace spray pattern optimized for foam bonding helps bond expanded polystyrene foams (EPS) to themselves and other surfaces, including concrete.

ASI Static Mix Nozzle DS991018 is designed for use with 490 ml cartridges and features a Luer Lock tip type. With an overall length of 8.5 inches, this static mixer is specifically engineered for a 10:1 mixing ratio, ensuring efficient and consistent results in various applications.

ASI Static Mix Nozzle DS990516 is a static mixer designed for efficient blending. It has an overall length of 3.5 inches and a volume capacity of 50 ml, making it suitable for applications requiring a 10:1 mixing ratio.

LOCTITE® Static Mix Nozzles for 50 ml A-System Dual Cartridges make light work of mixing 2-part components to the ideal ratio. They work with both manual and pneumatic (compressed air powered) applicators, and come in multiple nozzle and tip styles.

LOCTITE® AA H8003 is a 2-part, room-temperature curing, acrylic-based adhesive system. It has a fast fixture time of <10 minutes and excellent bond strength on multiple substrates, including galvanized steel, plastics and composites. It needs little or no surface preparation, contains 10 mil (0.254mm / 0.01") spacer beads for bond line control, and offers superior peel and impact resistance.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive DP8425NS is a non-sag, two-part acrylic adhesive. This tough adhesive offers improved adhesion to many plastics and metals, including those with slightly oily surfaces. It is a durable product that features a fast rate of strength build to provide structural strength in just minutes. With a 10:1 mix ratio, it features a 23-minute work life to allow time to position substrates prior to adhesion. This working life, open time and cure time can be accelerated with heat. Once fully cured, this adhesive will reach 1,000 psi (7 MPa) of overlap shear strength in approximately 53 minutes, increasing throughput and productivity while featuring a high peel and impact performance. Full cure will be reached within 24 hours.

Designed as a replacement for welding and mechanical fasteners, this non-sag adhesive delivers high-strength bonds on aluminum, cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper, brass, and most plastics. Additionally, these bonds provide excellent durability, even in temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C) and in powder coat and paint bake cycles up to 392°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.

LOCTITE® 567 is a white, 1-part thread sealant designed for the locking and sealing of tapered metal pipe threads and fittings. As an anaerobic-curing thread sealant, it cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Its high lubricating properties prevent galling on stainless steel, aluminum and all other metal pipe threads, and allows ease of disassembly. The product offers high temperature performance and oil tolerance. And it tolerates minor surface contaminations from various oils, such as cutting, lubrication, anti-corrosion and protection fluids.

LOCTITE® 262 is a red, general purpose, medium to high strength, thixotropic methacrylate-based adhesive. Steel fixture time is 15 min, brass 8 min and stainless steel 180 min. It fluoresces under UV light to allow monitoring. Ideal for applications where any migration of the adhesive must be prevented. Can tolerate slight contaminations of industrial oils. Suitable for all metal fasteners.

LOCTITE® 263 is a red, high-strength, primerless threadlocker for permanently locking and sealing bolts, nuts and studs to prevent loosening due to vibration. It works on all metals, including passive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum and plated surfaces without the use of primer. Suitable for use on most oil-coated, “as-received” fasteners without cleaning.

LOCTITE® 242 is a medium strength, medium viscosity, methacrylate-based threadlocking adhesive offering general purpose qualities. The product provides quick fixture times on steel, brass and stainless steel of 5, 15 and 20 min respectively. LOCTITE 242 is thixotropic to prevent migration after application and is intended for fasteners that require normal disassembly with standard hand tools.
